I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, family issues, ADHD, neurodevelopmental concerns, learning disabilities, and the particular pressures that come with living abroad and moving between cultures. I offer sessions in Mongolian and English, online and in person.
I have a particular attunement to people who have built their lives across different countries — the sense of not quite belonging anywhere, the quiet effort of translating yourself, the losses and unexpected gains that come with starting over somewhere unfamiliar. I have lived between Mongolia, Japan, and England myself, and I work with these experiences with close, personal understanding.
My approach is integrative, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Existential Therapy. I work in a way that is structured enough to create real progress, while remaining responsive to what each person actually needs. My aim is to offer a calm, non-judgmental space where you can explore what is troubling you at your own pace — and begin to develop a clearer, more grounded sense of yourself.
My thinking is also shaped by Stoic philosophy — particularly around resilience, agency, and learning to distinguish what we can and cannot control. I draw on this not as a doctrine, but as a practical way of helping people build greater inner stability.
Sessions are available online or in person, in Mongolian or English.
All sessions are confidential and held within a professional, respectful, and safe therapeutic space.
The first session is an informal conversation — a chance to talk through what you are dealing with and see whether working together feels right.
