Student & Young Adult Counselling
Growing into adulthood can be exciting and unsettling at the same time. You are making your own decisions, taking on more responsibility, and trying to work out what you want your future to look like.
Between studies, exams, money, friendships, relationships and family expectations, it is easy to feel behind, to compare yourself with others, or to wonder whether you are on the right path. You might feel anxious, lonely or unmotivated, and hold back from telling your parents or friends because you don’t want to worry or disappoint them.
You don’t need to have everything figured out, or be in crisis, to talk to someone.
